My work is rooted in a commitment to serve. As a husband and father of four, I understand the importance of leadership, responsibility, and creating opportunities for others to grow and succeed.
My journey traveling to over 15 countries, earning a doctorate in educational leadership, master’s degrees in business administration, entrepreneurship, and organizational psychology, and spending over 20 years in federal service has shaped how I see people, organizations, and the impact of strong leadership.
Throughout my career, including my time in the U.S. Navy, I’ve experienced firsthand how effective leadership, accountability, and clear strategy can transform outcomes. Those experiences continue to influence my approach today.
I created Engage 360 Consulting to bring that purpose to life helping individuals, businesses, community organizations, and schools move forward with clarity, confidence, and a clear path to success. For me, this work is more than consulting it’s about service, impact, and delivering meaningful, lasting results.
